Our Central Support Department requires Customer Services Representatives to join their team. There will also be a requirement to work some Bank Holidays.
The position is 40 hours per week.
The shifts will be a mixture evening shifts between 17.00pm -00:00 (5.5hrs) & weekend shifts Saturday and Sunday 08:00-00.00 (12hrs)
As a Customer Service Representative with TNT, you will provide an exceptional customer experience, handling both inbound and outbound calls and dealing with shipment tracking queries in a proactive manner. You will be working in a high volume environment, driving to hit and exceed your targets.
You will also need to deal with a varied group of stakeholders across the business ensuring the highest levels of professionalism at all times.
Candidates will be self-motivated and driven to deliver excellence in customer service and thrive on the buzz of a call centre environment. Excellent communication skills are a must as well as previous experience in a customer contact role. We will need you to have worked with PC systems and have a proven track record of achieving targets.
