    Our CS Support Team are recruiting for an analytical, highly organised and detail conscious individual to join the team at Atherstone as a CS Analyst. The role will be responsible for providing statistical information for our business area of Customer Service.

    Responsibilities

    As a CS Analyst your role will involve:

    • Sourcing and compiling data to support the implementation and design incentives and iniatives
    • Conducting various tasks using spreadsheet packages for managing business reporting and analysis requirements.
    • Building and managing reports, analyse any discrepancies and take corrective action.
    • Ensuring the data used is accurate and in a clear and transparent format.
    • Ensuring a comprehensive suite of reports are developed and maintained to meet the needs of the business.
    • Ensuring all processes used on a daily basis within your area of responsibility are clearly documented.
    • Reviewing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly selection processes and identify improvements
    • Co-ordinating the compilation of accurate weekly data.

    Qualifications

    The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels and have an extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel including advanced features such as macros.
