Our fast paced an innovative Customer Service department are looking to recruit a Real Time Planner to ensure effective deployment of resource in order to deliver service objectives.
This is a pivotal role to monitor real time performance within our busy contact centres and working with Managers and Team Leaders to react to any situation which may have an impact on the service level or efficiency targets. Using the WFM tool to analyse performance and make pro active real time decisions to make resource changes which will improve the customer experience.
You will also produce reports and expert advice to support the Customer Service Management Team in delivering improvements to performance, quality and cost in the Contact Centre.
