Overview

A unique opportunity has arisen at our Ramsbottom Office for a Dispute Management Coordinator to join the team.

 

In this role, you will provide support for the UK business, working closely with TNT’s chosen Business Partner (BPO) in order to ensure the accurate and timely resolution of invoice disputes. You will also provide daily support to the BPO ensuring escalations and exceptions are handled in a timely manner across all business functions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ownership & assist the BPO with disputes related to sensitive accounts including any bespoke customer agreements where UK input is required.
  • To support the monitoring the BPO performance in line with key performance indicators ensuring all standards & SLA’s are met. Work with the BPO to identify & implement improvement initiatives that drive performance improvement and improved efficiencies
  • Take an active part in administration and cross functional projects relating to dispute management  improvements. Work with the BPO to ensure that they follow approved administration procedures and that performances comply with internal and external standards/policies.

Qualifications

Key Skills & Knowledge

  • Project Management skills preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of billing & account management processes & procedures
  • Financial skills, e.g. cost/benefits scenarios in order to make a decision.
  • Knowledge of local fiscal requirements.
  • Good knowledge of required technology and software, such as SAP and MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills
