Overview

A vacancy has arisen within the Billing & Account Management department to join the team at our Ramsbottom Admin centre as an Admin Clerk. 

Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a client relationship by providing administration support for various TNT functions, guidance and communication with other TNT departments, Accenture and DHO (including GAM). In addition mitigate risk associated with checking and authorising Customer Master Data, processing and validating consignment rating data in conjunction with TNT rules and procedures, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The applicant will also be required to have a good understanding of excel and be competent in creating various excel tables and analysis.
