The working hours will be 08:30 - 13:30
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the face and voice of TNT. A confident communicator and attentive listener you'll be taking inbound calls varying from arranging the delivery and collection of freight, giving quotations and taking ownership and accountability for resolving customers queries and issues.
Working in our busy and pressurised Contact Centre your passion for customer service and resilience to thrive in a target orientated environment will see you succeed in this role
We have various opportunities within Customer Service from our Frontline, Support and Major functions with each offering a different level of customer service from taking inbound calls to looking after a portfolio of customers and pro actively notifying them of any issues.
